  • How long after I order a piece will it ship out, when will it arrive, and is gift wrapping available?

Ready made items generally ship out in 3-5 business days. Every order comes with a tracking number that will be provided once your item ships.

Due to the global pandemic, and changes within the USPS, transit times have slowed. The USPS has extended domestic delivery to between 2-9 days.

I currently do not offer gift wrapping on request, but most orders come neatly packed, and placed into black organza bags - suitable for gift giving.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Shipping through the website is currently limited to the US and Canada & Australia. If your country is not on this list, please reach out and we can have a chat about possibly shipping to your location.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Only returns are accepted, no exchanges. If you would like to return your item, please contact Our Widow within 7 days of delivery, where you will be instructed on the return process. The original purchase price will be refunded after item is returned and deemed to be in the same new, clean, and unworn condition that it was shipped in. Our Widow is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor will the original shipping charge be refunded.

  • What do I do if there is an issue with my shipment?

For items damaged during shipment or delivery, please take pictures of the damage and do not discard the packaging material or any items contained within until a form has been filled with the USPS.

For delayed packages; I would urge you to be patient. Sometimes the postal service has to reroute their carriers, or occasionally a package will end up on the wrong truck or just fall of the assembly line and lay unclaimed for awhile. Please contact me if you think there is a problem with delivery of your package.

If the USPS has marked a package as delivered and you have not received it, please check with neighbors, family members and your post office to determine if the package has been delivered to the wrong address. Sometimes it's not lost... just misplaced. If you believe your package has been stolen; please contact me and I can help walk you through making a theft claim with the postal service.
